STRUKTURE – Architecture for photovoltaic installations - springs from the half-century experience that Valente SpA has in manufacturing prestressed reinforced concrete utility poles for agricultural uses as well as their ground anchoring. Wide-range knowhow in the construction of support structures for vineyards and orchards, as well as their protection against wind and hail is a strength in STRUKTURE’s market proposal of the first-ever concrete support system for photovoltaic panels. The supports require no anchor or foundation; and the poles are driven directly into the ground. Solar farms, integrated power generation systems for agriculture, systems for roofs, modular parking systems, special applications on dismissed areas, STRUKTURE designs and installs systems that are superior in mechanical resistance, absence of corrosion and duration in comparison to traditional steel structures.

PRODUCTION SITE
The new 10,000 square meter production facility is equipped with the most stat-of-the-art technology available today, including the innovative tower concrete mixing plant: 34 meters tall and able to contain 400 cubic meters of inert material and 300 tons of concrete. The mixture is discharged along 5 production lines with a daily production capability of 60,000 linear meters of prestressed concrete poles. The structural work department processes and transforms steel through the use of dedicated machines, which is then assembled on 4 robotic welding lines. The warehouse spans 60,000 open square meters and 2,000 indoor square meters. All orders are handled by a cutting-edge IT system that guarantees fast and reliable delivery to respect the installation plan defined with the Customer. In addition, roadway transport services by both company vehicles driven by specialized personnel is available. Railway and sea transport are also available for longer routes.
